Spring Cleanse Recipe Inspiration

Planning is key when preparing for your 10-day Spring cleanse. To set yourself up for success, take a bit of time leading up to the first day to plan out what each day will look like, particularly meal planning, shopping for food and food prepping. Begin when you're ready, and tailor it to your lifestyle and requirements.

Here’s an example of what a cleanse day meal plan could look like:

1. First thing: warm water with lemon or your favorite herbal tea

2. Breakfast: poached eggs on a bed of veggies sauteed in olive oil - spinach, cherry tomatoes, onions

3. Lunch: chicken breast with arugula, avocado and grapefruit salad with shallot vinaigrette

4. Snack: veggies with hummus

5. Dinner: salmon filet with roasted sweet potato and asparagus

6. Don’t forget your 2 to 4 litres of water!

And just because you’re on a cleanse doesn’t mean your food has to be boring. Using fresh herbs and spices when preparing your meals will really help take your meals from bland to delish!
